Casa Marcos stands for heritage, legacy and craftsmanship. These are what made it survive and thrive since 1945.
Casa Marcos started in 1945 when a Spanish national, Marcos de Guisasola, opened a Spanish restaurant in Manila and named it after himself. Marcos loves to cook and to entertain friends. Bringing over his culture’s time-honored culinary tradition and imbibing that Spanish flair for having a good time and passion for life, Casa Marcos steadily attracted its loyal patrons and friends through the years.
Since then, Casa Marcos has been a second home for many patrons and friends. It has witnessed momentous occasions and memorable times and continue to do so even up to now. Casa Marcos represents warmth and hospitality, as well as hearty food to go with hearty times.
When all is said and done, a restaurant’s longevity is based on how it consistently delivers on its food offering. Here, Casa Marcos has perfected its craft in making Spanish dishes that make its patrons and guests keep coming back for more.
Heritage. Legacy. Craftsmanship. Because of these, Casa Marcos has always been known for its Homey, Loving Care.

Of Tapas and Craft Beers: The Casa Marcos and Baguio Craft Brewery Partnership
Casa Marcos, home to delectable tapas, paellas and other Spanish delicacies, has partnered with Baguio Craft Brewery, one of Baguio’s hip spots, to offer a unique tapas and craft beer pairing experience in the city.
This partnership aims to provide the wine and dine set with “a cervezeria concept that offers distinction amidst the proliferation of gastropubs,” says Kevin Khoe, a partner of Casa Marcos.
This partnership could not have made more sense. “Baguio Craft Brewery prides itself with passion. Casa Marcos is just as passionate with their food. Like every beer we have crafted, each food at Casa Marcos is a masterpiece in itself” says Christopher Ordas, Craft Beer Advocate and Owner and Master Brewer of Baguio Craft Brewery.
Passion and craftsmanship are their common pursuits. It takes passion and craftsmanship for Casa Marcos to continue to be a well-loved Spanish restaurant since 1945. Passion and craftsmanship also goes to every Baguio Craft Brewery brew. With these two, every guest’s experience is guaranteed to leave a lasting and delightful impression.
